Wastewater Handling Systems, New York
Delaware managed and designed the handling of wastewater generated at livestock facilities on two SUNY campuses. Upon completion of project planning, our engineers provided detailed design plans and specifications for the wastewater handling systems.
Hartwick College, Laura's Coffeehouse: Hartwick, NY
Delaware Engineering provided planning, design, and construction management for a 6,000 square foot three-story masonry-brick addition to a campus building. We worked closely with not only the City of Oneonta Codes Office and Zoning Board, but also with the student governing body and the operating staff of the coffeehouse. This coordination was critical since the space was intended to provide room for student programs, expanded student dining, and a new student organized and operated coffeehouse. Project cost: $800,000
Greenville Public Library, Expansion & Renovations: Greenville, NY
Delaware Engineering prepared engineering plans for a $300,000 expansion of the Greenville Town Library. Funded in part by a NYS Education Department Library Development Grant, the expansion doubled the library's 2,400 square foot space and provided an additional 1,500 square feet for public meetings. Delaware provided comprehensive planning, design, and construction management services compliant with the Library Development program, NYS SHPO, local zoning, and planning regulations.
